Worst ISP

I canceled my fibre 2 months ago, the cancelation was never actioned and I was billed. I contacted webafrica and found it was never canceled. To date I was never received a rebate due to me dropping my line speed to a lower package and billed incorrectly even with me having no profile.

PATHETIC!
