Worst ISP

Been without internet for 5 days. I work from home and now have to fork out extra cash to commute to work and back so i can be connected. Agents not willing to assist you. They troubleshoot the same steps and when all fails transfers you to another agent to just do the same again. Im a new customer and regret changing. No number to call and whatsapp agents take there own sweet time which is very frastrating as i actually have to work and not sit and chat all day. Sales has a brilliant phone line but not if u have problems. I do not recommend
