Worst ISP!!

Worst ISP to deal with! I pay over 1.2k a month for my fibre yet it does not work properly! At one stage I even had the 1GBps line paying over 1.5k and barely got half that speed. They then told me sorry it was a mistake that speed isn’t supported in my area!

Now after downgrading, at least 2 times a day my WiFi goes down!! And webafrica are so useless as to say why and help fix the problem! That WhatsApp line of theirs is the biggest joke under the sun! They are so useless. They can’t even assist. They take forever to reply! Try calling and it’s the same! I have an open ticket from 20 January 2022!! And it is just ignored! They just know how to take your money very quickly and don’t care about after sales service! They are confused 99% of the time!
