Worst Internet Service Provider EVER

I have never in my life dealt with such a company. No wifi for 10 days then they blame Vumatel first then after blame me the user, yet everyone in the complex using Webafrica has no internet. They make you do ridiculous configurations that never work. Then they blame the router that they sent you. The technicians all have a different story, what is going on at this company.

Cancelling the service is a huge mission, you have to fight everyone to cancel, and when you finally do they keep calling to give stupid assumptions, they close your fault tickets without the fault being fixed. Suchh madness.

An award needs to be made for most uselss ISP of the decade. My new ISP router will probably arrive before they have been able to even attend to the problem. I hope they shutdown before all the customers leave because wow.
