WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!

Trying to move my fibre package from previous residence to new residence. It's now been almost 3 months and still no connection. When I phone, average wait time is 45min plus. then you get the automated voice which prompts you to use the "Supa Dupa Fast Whatsapp Line" what a joke! The moment you start asking the difficalt questions you get "the bot" and thats where it ends! Money has been wrongfully deducted and what a WAR it is to get any response as to why? WORST CLIENT SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Stay FAR away from web africa!!!!!!
