Worst Internet Service Provider
My internet has been down for two days. The customer services is non-existent and have to wait 24 hours just be to be transferred and then wait again. Absolutely terrible and then they threaten you with a 1000 cancellation fee, even after being with them for 5 years. I remember that cancellation fee was only applicable in the first 24 months of the contract, to cover installation fees. The service is terrible. Im cancelling and just using rain instead. Atleast they respond
