Worst Internet Service Provider

Now 12 Days later and I am still paying for 100mbs line and today only getting 25mbs ! This is so ridiculous it is not even funny !! Customer acc ! They now even reduced urgency to low !! This is realy the most amazing and useless company I have dealt with !! Please give them my number email customer number !
