WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

Good Day

I have logged a ticket *** They are not going to support the CELLC network anymore and now I was forced to take Telkom. Selected the new service and was advised that it will be a FREE change over. This was on 05/10/2019: ON 06/10/2019 R249 deducted from my account without any reason after i was stated its a free change over. TICKET WAS LOGGED NO RESPONSE. Been holding for 30mins on the phone.

I WANT EVERYTHING CANCELLED
