Worst internet service!!!

Webafrica is the worst ever!!! I did an upgrade and struggle for 21 days then I canceled and they said they will credit me and still nothing happened and then after the when I want to get fibre from a different company I could not do that because webafrica didn't release the line with metrofibre and know I can't do anything. If I could rate them 0 stars I would have done so
