Worst Internet Provider in SA

This is the worst internet service provider out there. Getting them to sale the service is fast, but to get any issues sorted take days!!! Call them on their sales line and they answer fast, but call them on their billing or any other line they make you wait 45min and up before the answer or they just hang up. I have spent over R200 rand of airtime in one morning. They deducted money from my account without my consent for a router that was sent to them 5 months ago. Worst internet provider ever!
