Worst internet provider

Webafrica is the worst. We have been without internet for a week. Have spent hours on their whatsapp chat, to try and resolve the issue. Everytime they cut us off or mark the issue resolved in mid conversation. You cannot call a call centre or speak to anyone about it. Absolutely frustrating. At this stage we would have to need to cancel our contract with them to get another supplier to help us, it would probably be less frustrating and more efficient. I would not recommend Webafrica to anyone.
