Worst internet provider ever!!!

I have been without internet for over a month and have paid over 2100 rand over the past month on instalments. I’m forced to talk via watsapp, like ***!? I’ve spoken to over 10 different agents to no avail. I’ve been **** to, 1st there were upgrades in my area, then the issue was my service was cancelled on the back end & then I was told a Tecnitian will come to my house within 72 hours (this was mid november) I am still waiting.

Worst internet service provider ever!! Don’t use vumatel or web Africa!!!!
