Worst internet provider ever

Pathetic service. I submitted a ticket for more info regarding moving home on the 23rd if April. I get sent a bill to pay and then my ticket gets removed. Nobody contacted me or responded. I have paid over R100 in fees with my bank for debits that were unsuccessful because they try debit 5 times a day. Horrible service. I will shame this company if anybody asks me what webafrica is like.
