Worst internet provider

The worst internet provider ever, I have been upgraded without my knowledge and no one knows who or why was I upgraded. I have been calling Webafrica since the first of May to gett his resolved. I have spent more that R500 airtime trying to get this resolved, they have been disconnecting me and that has affected my income as I work from home and charge my clients on an hourly bases.
