Worst internet connection and customer service

I have been struggling with connection since September 2021,when you try to call them they have super long wait time due to high call volume so they say,WhatsApp consultants are ridiculous I have been doing the same troubleshooting with all of them and nothing has changed.i work from home online and everyday I am losing money told them I want to cancel they telling me about some clause fee which I don’t get coz reason I want to leave before 12 months elapse it’s because of their connection and bad customer service.For people out there looking for ISP they must never go to Webafrica they are just ****
