Worst in service Awarded to WebAfrica!

Never have I ever received such pathetic response and useless apologies from any company I have ever dealt with. With over two months of apologies and no results I am sitting with paying for a 20mbps line without actually getting to use it correctly. Save yourself any confusion and stay far away from Webafrica, they will be the first to apologise but the last to correct any fault on their side. I do not even get responses from Webafrica now as they have turned to just ignoring a problem and maybe it will go away. With their disgusting adverting everywhere it is hard to think of others to use but save yourself and stay far away. Unfortunately you have to give a star to review otherwise it would be a zero from me.... Save yourselves!
