WORST FIBRE PROVIDER EVER!!!

DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS NOW! STILL NOT RESOLVED. After numerous interactions with robots/ technicians/ assistants they are still unable to resolve my fibre which has been down for 2 weeks now. They simply just log another fault and say it will take up to 72 hours to resolve. THe fault is then closed without been resolved and you start the process again. I have cancelled with them, but unfortuantely it takes a full calender month for them to release your line to another provider
