Worst Fibre Provider

Don't ever deal with this service provider!! Its been more then a month and still haven't gotten a installation date. Everyday they claim to have escalated the issues to there so called installer Openserve, to tell me a month later that there technicians find my address unfeasible for my area, although other houses have been successfully installed in my area. Absolute worst customer support. Their "super duper" whatsapp support is terrible!!!!!!!!! You have to talk to a new agent every 5 minutes and you are being transferred to a new agent whenever you ask a question. I have been struggling too much. WebAfrica is ***!!!
