Worst fibre internet service from webafrica

They deserve zero stars for client satisfaction, most especially their retention department lady by the name of Ntombomzi Nogodama. My unlimited wifi, used for business, was down for 10,5 days. It was not the first time this happened but thrice in 4 consecutive months, and I lost several business clients die to no wifi....as for reimbur*****t the retentions lady won't give at least 2 months credit (valued approx R1200) against my losses of thousands of rands thanks to their incompetence .

This is the worst service provider in SA- and it's FIBRE
