Worst fibre EVER

Registered and paid for installation for a service I STILL HAVENT received a month ago.

No communication, oh and when I called the consultant basically told me "the service will be provided whenever they get a free slot"... I want my money back because I got fibre installed by another service provider within 4 days of registration.
