Worst Fibre and ISP providers Webafrica and Vumatel

Webafrica is the worst ISP that I have come across, they advertise but can't deliver. I originally put through my purchase for fiber on the 29th of December 2021 which full payment was done on the day before anything could be done on my end. I eventually got a schedule for the 17th of January 2022 for installation, I stayed home so that this could be done however no one showed up. After continuous calls and chats with both Webafrica and Vumatel I only had my installation done the next day on the 14th day of service delivery. Once installation was done they realized that the main box is not live so now I need to wait for a Vumatel maintenance team to come and sort that out, Webafrica does not have an ETA for me and I was told that another call will be made to me to confirm another schedule, which means I must now lose out on another day at work which may turn into 2 again. The ad says you will be up and have fiber in 14 days but it seems that it is just another false promise. Really disappointed and would like to warn everyone not to deal with them as they will give you endless run arounds and no communication from either Webafrica or Vumatel!
