Worst Fibre

#Webafrica is complete ****!!!!! Customer Service is shocking, takes almost 2 hours sometimes more for them to answer as they now only have WhatsApp support! Probably because their service is so ****, then they blame everyone but themselves for no internet for over a week, after a week they suddenly decided to try fix something after all their excuses, just over a week of having internet and guess what…..it’s not working again! Never in my life….I tell them I want to cancel and they give every excuse under the sun and then tell me if I cancel I’ll have to pay all sorts of costs but they can’t give me the service I’m paying for and in advance nog al!!!! #Webafrica #****fibre #worstservice #useless
