Worst fiber provider

The worst service ever. You can only contact them on WhatsApp. Agents take very long too respond, if they respond. Every time you get transferred to another agent it takes days for them to respond and sometimes they don't even respond. I've been trying to cancel my fiber for a week now and still nothing.
