Worst experience with Webafrica/Vumatel

I paid for Fibre on the 2nd of February, installation was only scheduled for the 19th of February 2024. On the day of installation they called 10 minutes before the installation time to cancel. I have been trying to cancel ever since. I want my money back all I get from the chat agents is "I will escalate this to Vumatel" worst worst experience as their first time client yoo. No number call is also suspicious
