Going for a month now more than 5 times a day sending messages on WhatsApp, they sit you in front of the computer the whole day trying to fix their nonsense thereafter they transfer you to a agent and that also gets ignored. Then chat is disconnected. The next day you have to start al over again with noooo luck and being ignored. taking away most of your time and life The internet is down. They promise to fix and then disappear. Be aware they are tge worst internet provider ever.
