Worst experience with Webafrica

Worst experience with Webafrica. My internet has been down for more than 5 days. And nothing. Numerous WhatsApp chats and still no fixing. I keep getting told they checking on updates and have escalated. But there’s been no technician or anyone reaching out to assist. They also close tickets without informing customers and say they have fixed things when it hasn’t been fixed. So there’s never any checking in on the customer with this company. It’s just a lot of chasing from the customers side.
