Worst experience with a service provider.

The worst experience I have received in a company in my whole life. My internet was down, I first reported from the 25th of October 2023 on whatsapp. I have fault ref number and a hundred chat numbers from 100 different agents none of them have been able to resolve my issue. They sent a technician who has be explaining that they need to send some Tripple P OE number that i know nothing of as the customer to Frogfoot. The chats on whatsapp end after an agent has been speaking to you , then you have to start all over again. I have been asked to send the very same pictur over and over and asked to switch the ONT for 10/ 15 over and over again. The worst part is when I made a complaint via email sent to the complaints department, even the complaints department hasn't even bothered to contact me till today. At this point I am numb and really dont know what else I can do. I hope when I do cancel I wont be charged further costs.
