Worst experience I have had

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Want an absolutely useless company. Can only use whatsapp to contact them. Then cannot get connected to an agent (once waiting two days). No one to call. Service shocking. Double billed. Currently trying to cancel and the say I cannot cancel on the weekend!
