Worst experience ever

Webafrica is not even worth a red star. My internet is not working since Monday after the neighbors installation was done. Open ticket on Monday. Tuesday they closed it with still no connection. Opened another ticket. Also closed. Consultant said 'that's definitely how they conduct business' (in writing). And the technician that phoned me, has the wrong address in another province. Consultant says he's not working there....***? Spoke to Frogfoot on Friday. They only received the ticket on Thursday evening around 20:00. Saturday now and still no service. And Livechat is not available anymore. Assuming I've been blocked....
