Worst experience

Yoh I have never been so disappointed like this, I request a second line for a sales consultant called Zandile Makhobela and asked that she cancel my primary line. She sent me a payment link and I made the payment and I get emails saying my service has been connected which it has not. I called her to rectify she said she will ask her manager to resolve this. Since the 1st I have been calling, they hang up or transfer me to a deadline, on WhatsApp I have explained to 7 people already and no help. Worst service I have experienced.
