WORST EXPERIENCE!

I wish that I could rate this company at ZERO, but 1 star is the only option for pathetic service.

I ordered my Fibre Line and have been pushed from pillar to post. They are dishonest with their offering and falsely advertise a 100/100 Fibre connection through Hippo for R769. Once you try and order this service at this price, forget it. You will be contacted many times and they try and close the sale, but will not stick to the price. Then there will be many empty promises and commitments made, but they are lying. I confirmed with my order and the "MANDATORY" debit order that the service will only cost R769 but my Debit Order has now been loaded at a higher amount.

Today, I asked for the 10th time for a senior manager to call me back, but then they will tell you about their internal processes and that it takes 48 hours for a manager to call you back.

Just stay away from this pathetic bunch. They will lie. They will pretend that they are going to help you or all you back, but this will NOT happen. They will even pretend they care, but they DO NOT.

This is a CON Site and I will be going legal with them.
