Worst experience

If there was a rating for a - 5 that's what I would rate Web Africa, I have been waiting for a refund since December last year and on top of that I gave them the benefit of a doubt and ordered installation for my mom's house they pestered me for two weeks to make a payment for the order only for them to confirm after paying that it's a high risk area and my order has been canceled I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now for the second order, worst part you can't call them you can only chat on WhatsApp, when you call sales and ask to speak to a manager they cant transfer you they tell you all they can do is send a request for a callback and you never get a call. The worst customer service experience I have had in my life.
