Worst ever service provider - WebAfrika

WebAfrika has the worst customer service ever!!!! Even worse than government institutions! It is going on to day 5 now to transfer an existing line to a new address!! I have been transferred to at least 5 different agents per day! The fact that you can’t phone them is so frustrating! This WhatsApp communication method is useless and so are their agents! STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRIKA!!
