Worst ever Service from WebAfrica!

We have been without VUMA Fibre Internet now for FOUR Days in Haven Hills, East London. Trying to get hold of them is impossible with a wattsapp number providing answers via an automated service. No direct phone numbers to call. Many people run a business off this service and have no other means of contacting clients or accessing their emails. This is truly unacceptable. Really thinking of cancelling this NON working Fibre provider!! You cannot switch off your PAYING clients while installing FREE fibre for other areas.
