Worst ever service

I so had it with Webafrica I am contemplating to chance to another service provider the wattsapp line is the worst method of communication I started a chat a 8 30 it 10 30 and I am. Still waiting on a agent to contact me I called I was told it is more efficient to chat via wattsapp I am working from home it my bread and butter but I have to wait not the 1st time I get so irritated with such poor service
