Worst ever experience and im a new customer

I am so sick of poor service and little to no communication. I’ve been waiting to get help with my internet configuration for 3 days now. Still no luck at getting my internet to work. I’ve tried to call and WhatsApp but with absolutely no luck in getting my internet up and running. I will cancel my contract with you guys before I even started it. Funny how you guys can quickly debit my acount but my internet line is not even up and running
