Worst ever Experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience I every had with an ISP and i dealt with a lot over the years since working in ISP field. Support is pathetic and you never get anywhere feels like they are just playing for time each time you get in contact. We Moved and wanted to look at option while on there website they were quick to phone and sell the service. Now after almost struggling a month still not real feedback on when we will be live if someone is going to come out nothing completely in the dark. Now the question is how long its going to take to get the install money back : / . Really disappointed we were worn about there service and still thought maybe they have improved over the years clearly not.
