Worst EVER!

Absolutely the worst service provider I have EVER came across! I cancelled this service because I constantly on a weekly, and sometimes daily occasions had to contact them because we did not have any internet, so I cancelled because I can not work like this, as I work from this and had to on several occasions made other plans to work somewhere else where there were internet. They never gave me any good reason for not having internet, and never solved any problems! I had to fight with them to get my delivery fee back because I clearly instructed them that we have a router and we do not want a new one. And now, when I cancelled they again deducted the clawback for the router which I did not even get, and I am again struggling to get my money back for almost 3 month now! They can not give me any reasons and sometimes just ignore me.
