Worst Customer Support Ever

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced, and I work in IT. There support is TERRIBLE. Only a whatsapp line to get to support, and when you end up with an actual person on the whatsapp (after chatting to the annoying bot), the pretty much can never help you and then "transfer you", which doesn't seem to get answered.

I won't recommend this company at all. Please of great ISP companies out there.
