Worst customer support ever

I've been trying to get my WiFi sorted for the last 3 days. You can't talk to anyone only way to communicate is either whatsapp( no one is alive today, as messages isn't going through) Live chat on website, that just comes back as error when chat starts) How am I suppose to get my WiFi working if I can't get in contact with them?
