Worst customer service with empty promises.

What a total disappointment. Been loyal customers for 4 years. Paying every month. The cable broke due to a faulty installation. They struggled for 2 weeks to try to come and fix it, only to waste our time with false promises. I Cancelled my services because we were getting now where. Needless to say, we've been without internet for a month and a half from Web Africa. They promised to credit us for April, but the payment went off. So greedy with the worst customer service. I contacted Rain and told them I was desperate because I had to go to Wimpy for wifi for work. They helped me and within 24 hours I had internet. Does anyone have a way to contact Web Africa without going to their WhatsApp where they just copy and paste a script and transfer you to someone else, wasting days of our time. According to my WebAfrica website, they still want to bill us monthly.
