Worst customer service received from Web Africa

I have been experiancing the worst customer service from Web Africa. I recently moved to a new address & have been trying to get installation set up my new address. I have tried chats with them on whatsapp & even phoned their number however I'm just not getting my issue resolved. Other times I cant even get through. I'm absolutely disappointed with this service & to be honest I wouldn't recommend it.
