Worst Customer Service I ever Experienced! A very frustrating interaction with multiple agents that only know how to say hi, how can i help just to never help you!

It seems their agents are ***********, being transferred from 1 agent to another since yesterday 15h30, engaging with over 5 agents explaining the issue over an over again, yet no one has assisted or attended to my request at present. it was a simple ask and it seems avoiding the questions is what they do best! . It seems no one understands what I am asking of them. Their customer service is putrid!
