Worst customer service experience ever

Worst service. Account suspended been trying to pay account for 2 days straight, it continuously take me to paying R0.00 and I cannot alter payment for my account.

They referred me to whatsapp been chatting to 4 consultants and they all say same thing and do not help you at all. They respond every 30 minutes this really frustrating.

The consultants I got: Velaphi, Simphiwe.

What a **** service provider. What consultant does not know what they doing.
