Worst customer service ever! only via watsapp unless you block them from your bank account

These guys sent me a MTN simcard that didn't word for 2 months and now they are charging me for it. My mistake was to apply for a faster internet and I was double charged for 3 months in a row for the working sim and the 1 that was not working. its easy to sign up but when you need assistance a nightmare. They only got in contact with me after I blocked them from my bank account. Terrible experience I am still fighting it now.
