Worst Customer service ever!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years now and there has been some issues in the past that were addressed and resolved but today of all days I contacted their Whatsapp support to look into my internet issues i have a 100/75mb line with internet speeds of 0.20mb i work online and rely on my internet, their support agent was doing a line refresh which was over 2 hours ago, there is no response and you cannot call their support line, the only department you can call is sales who drops the call when you ask to be transferred to support or speak to someone in management this is ridiculous i am honestly at the point of cancelling this service and going with a different ISP.
