Worst customer service ever.

The worst customer service ever. You upgrade your speed with them and there staff upgrades your service and put in a cancellation request in. Then there bill is messed up. Almost a month now an numerous attempts to get it sorted out. The want to charge you for cancellation. Please release my fiber line so i can somet go to a new service provider that will give me the customer service i need. As you guys only take my money every month and no service from you.
