WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT USE THIS ISP!

One star is too much for this sad excuse of a company! I moved homes on the 26th of April and requested my internet line be moved to my new address, sent through all relevant documentation to Webafrica and then there was silence.

It is now the 11th of May and I still do not have access to wifi.

Their customer service is completely inadequate and I honestly don’t know how this business is still up and running!

After 26 different agents over WhatsApp chats still nothing gets escalated… you get the same response from every single agent - Please wait 48 hours blah blah blah!

DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA! They are ********s they take your money and don’t provide you with the products and services that they are advertising!

Repeat DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA you will be highly disappointed in their “customer service”.

Shame on you Webafrica you have lost a loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a service provider that actually cares and wants business from people and who are willing to keep their customers happy.

I’d be very surprised if this company last for much longer. Sis man!
