Worst customer service ever!

This is unacceptable I was handed over to the attorneys for their mistake which they refuse to take care of. The assistant was completely careless, Thulisiwe was the assistant ! A few days after I asked for prices I canceled everything before there was any arrangements. Twice they took R2000 out of my account, I reversed it because there was no service delivered and nothing was installed. The company's people was never at my house now they want a router back. I never received anything from them.
