Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer support ever! Been trying to get hold on of any agent on there call line for 3 lines and there so called FAST?? WhatsApp line they claim they have I been without WiFi for three days and got through to one agent and explained my case after waiting for 40mins on the line she transferred me to another department which I waited another 30mins and still no solution I am shocked with there service
